Efficient. Strategic. Problem-solver.

Ben is an educator turned litigator who brings valuable perspective and experience to his civil litigation practice from clerking for Chief Justice Gordon MacDonald in the New Hampshire Supreme Court and judges of the New Hampshire Superior Courts.

Practicing out of Bernstein Shur’s Manchester office, Ben brings a deep understanding of New Hampshire law and its judicial system—and a recipe for crafting the strongest arguments. With this approach, he stays several steps ahead for his clients, designing strategies that resolve complex legal problems efficiently.

When an individual or business is faced with a complex legal problem, they need responsive counsel who communicates clearly to navigate the situation. I act quickly and thoroughly to help clients resolve the issue.
